First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at G2 Secure Staff.
Customer Service Associate
After applying, I had an initial interview, then a CJO, and finally background and fingerprints. After that, I went to a hiring event where I met with HR staff, filled out some basic information, and did some paperwork. I then had a short interview of about 10 minutes, followed by online onboarding. I waited a few days for the information to come back.
- What motivates you to seek employment with our company?
Customer Service Representative
It was a job fair held at a hotel. After signing in, I was given an interview on a first-come, first-served basis. It's a good idea to arrive early, otherwise, you might wait for hours until it's your turn. The interview was conducted by two people who took turns asking questions, and I received an offer on the spot.
- Can you tell me why you left your previous job?
- What would be your course of action if a customer became angry?
- How would people who know you describe your personality?
Customer Service Agent
I had an on-site interview. It was a quick process, basically to see if I'd fit the environment. The site manager liked my friendly and respectful phone voice, and I had the same demeanor in person. The interview is always face-to-face with the manager. The manager is new, so questions might differ. This is an airport, so even though I was called in within two days, there was a long security process afterwards.
- How would you handle a situation with an angry passenger?
