The interview process was really great. I first met Lee Wanless, who was super welcoming and made me feel like part of the family. Lee made it clear they're looking for someone driven, not just a warm body, and that G2 is a company on the move. I got the sense that everyone at G2 is valued and makes a real difference. Then, I went into a conference room for a three-part interview: a technical part, a critical thinking problem on the whiteboard, and a project discussion. The interviewers were all friendly and not arrogant; they didn't just ask canned questions but tailored them to my resume and personality. It felt like they wanted to understand how I work through problems, my reasoning, and my ability to multitask and prioritize calmly. It was the best interview I've ever had, and I'd do it again just to experience a company that cares about its people and candidates. They clearly want quality and the best, and I felt motivated to do my best with each challenge.

First there was an initial call with HR. After that call I spoke on the phone with the Security officer. After both those calls I went to the office and met with three people separately, the manager, the managers counterpart and HR. All three interviews were not easy but the people were very genuine and wanted to make sure you knew your information as well as a good fit for the project.

It was a fantastic process with three interviews: one technical, one leadership, and one cultural fit. I spoke with project managers, supervisors, and the company president. Each interview lasted about an hour and felt more like a discussion than a Q&A.
