During the interview, they were interested in learning about me, my background, and my knowledge of apparel design. It was beneficial to have work examples relevant to the role and tailor my portfolio to the brand.

HR reached out to schedule a phone interview, and we picked a day and time. However, on the scheduled day, HR never called or reached out to reschedule, and I never heard back from them again. The position was still open two months later. It seemed very unprofessional and made me question their talent attraction methods and what it might be like working there.
