Assistant Designer
So, the first thing was a call with HR. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the Director. After that, I went back for a third round with the Director and a Senior Designer, and I also had to do a project. Then... they just ghosted me.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your level of experience?
Designer
It was pretty straightforward. I proposed doing a project beforehand, which ended up being helpful. During the interview, they were interested in learning about me, my background, and my knowledge of apparel design. It was beneficial to have work examples relevant to the role and tailor my portfolio to the brand.
- What are your long-term aspirations and how do you envision your professional development within this company?
Senior Designer
HR reached out to schedule a phone interview, and we picked a day and time. However, on the scheduled day, HR never called or reached out to reschedule, and I never heard back from them again. The position was still open two months later. It seemed very unprofessional and made me question their talent attraction methods and what it might be like working there.
