Coding

Good, so the process involves writing code, and then peers review it to check for bugs, style, and logic. If there's feedback, it's addressed through revisions. Once everything's approved, the changes get merged into the main codebase. This part about writing code and then getting peer reviews to check for bugs, style, and logic, addressing feedback through revisions, and then merging into the main codebase was repeated. Retry.

Presentation

I went through 2 rounds of interviews for a Design Director of Women's Accessories role. The first round involved a project that took me about 8-10 hours to complete. After I presented the project, the hiring manager, who had very little time (10 minutes), didn't seem very interested and offered no feedback, which was quite a letdown considering the project's demands.

Had one interview as a temp through a recruiter. They asked me some basic IT support questions and then about managing stress and ticket prioritization. I was hired right after and worked there for a few months before they offered me a full-time position.

Behavioral

It was a smooth, typical corporate interview. The location was great. It's a good idea to arrive a bit early just in case the New York City subway system has delays or something. Honestly, don't bother with the advice you see on Glassdoor. It was a smooth, typical corporate interview. The location was great.
