The process was relaxed, they asked me to present and explain projects from my portfolio. However, I didn't get the promised feedback after the interview, even after sending an email. When I asked about projects they liked, they couldn't answer for sure and I felt a bit lost.

I had two interviews with three people. First, with two content people, and then with one of the partners. Even trying to get in touch, nobody was kind enough to give me any feedback, not even a "thanks for participating" copy-paste. Even though I reached the final stage, I found out the position was filled through Linkedin, by me looking for it myself. Total lack of empathy, considering I canceled another interview to talk to them in two days and didn't even get a 5-minute email.

After applying, I was contacted via email to schedule an interview. The interview took place at Future's former office, a large and nice house. I was interviewed by two young designers. It was very relaxed, they explained the role's area and asked about my college work. They were very kind and friendly people.
