Behavioral Technical Other

After doing some logic and personality tests, I got a phone interview. First, I talked with one guy for 30 minutes, then two girls for 15 minutes each. A week later, I was told by phone and email that I'd get a second interview. I replied to the scheduling email the same day but didn't hear back. A few days later, I emailed to check if they got my first email, still no response. I then called the first interviewer and emailed the HR lady again, but still nothing. Two days after that, I got an email saying they decided to go with another candidate. Really, screw them.

Behavioral Technical Case

Applied online. I was contacted a couple weeks later for a phone screen. After passing the phone screen and completing personality/skills tests, I had a Skype interview with a sales manager and director. Then I was invited to an in-person interview where I met with HR and a senior VP. A week later, I had a phone interview with another senior VP, and a few weeks after that, a final phone interview with the President of sales. The whole process took about 5 months from application to decision. The entire process took about 5 months from application submittal to decision notification. Everyone was very nice, but the process was drawn out because they wanted every level of management/sales to meet with potential new hires. After all this time and effort, I was notified of their decision by email...not even a phone call. Very unprofessional, though most of the people I met were very friendly and enthusiastic about what they did.

Behavioral Technical

I had an HR screening phone call that lasted about 25 minutes. It began with basic interview questions about the job and my resume. It got a little technical towards the end.
