I was skeptical to interview with FS Investments considering the company's negative interview feedback on Glassdoor. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt, and I was very much let down. The overall interview process was quite lengthy as it occurred over the course of a few weeks. The interviews were a total of 2 hours and required a Cognitive and Behavioral test. The interviewers were friendly but the company went radio silent after the final round. After dedicating so much time to FS Investment's interview process, I was ghosted. I find it very disappointing and unprofessional. HR- the least you can do is notify your candidates that the company is not moving forward with them!

So first I had a chat with the team, they asked some technical questions. Then I got a project to do, which took me less than an hour. After that, I discussed the project with the same people. It all went pretty well. Then I met the COO, but he mostly talked, didn't really ask me anything. I didn't get an offer in the end, so that meeting felt like a waste of time. They wanted to discuss an offer but couldn't give me the time off I needed between jobs. So I found another role.
