I applied online and after a quick 15-minute phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview the very next day. They were cool about me rescheduling it a bit. I dressed up a little with a nice shirt, tie, good jeans, and leather shoes and they liked that I put in effort without overdoing it. The Assistant Manager was really chill and helpful, then the General Manager came in and did a fast-paced interview about the department I'd be in charge of. It was tough but a good way to show what I can do. The place has a really positive vibe, everyone seemed happy.

I applied online and the next day I got a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview the very next day with the assistant manager. There was a 30-minute delay for the in-person interview. During that time, a staff member suggested I familiarize myself with the store's products. Both interviews covered similar topics, including my motivation for joining the company, my approach to exceptional customer service, and my passions. I inquired about the next steps and learned there's a final interview with the manager.

The hiring process is pretty straightforward. You'll get asked some basic questions about customer service and a few situational ones. Having good references really helps. You can find tons of similar questions online, and you probably only need about an hour to get ready for them.
