The process was smooth overall, though there was a noticeable delay in getting feedback after each interview. In total, there were four stages: a initial HR call, a technical phone interview, a face-to-face technical interview, and a final chat with HR.

It was a campus recruitment drive for LDCE students at the company premises. First, there was a written test, and about half the students were selected. Then, the selected candidates were interviewed based on their written test marks, with those having the highest marks given more preference. The interviewer was very experienced and really dug deep into everything. Following that, there was an HR round, which was only for those who passed the technical interview. This HR round was fairly simple, much like in every other company.

I've been through a three-part interview process. The first two were phone interviews where they talked about their work and what they're looking for, and asked about my general expertise. The final in-person interview included an HR session with personality questions, followed by a technical challenge involving core Java questions.
