Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Future Group.
Manager
The interview process had 3 rounds, each lasting about 10-15 minutes. There were inconsistencies between what was discussed and the offer letter. They asked for bank statements to verify payslips, which I declined. It felt like they didn't trust new hires. I requested a designation change, which they granted, but the employee band remained the same, making the designation change ineffective. Due to these issues, I had to decline the offer.
- Could you introduce yourself and walk me through your experience?
- Can you answer some technical questions about [specific area]?
Management Trainee
This interview was part of the campus recruitment drive. Candidates were initially screened based on whether they had prior operations experience or were freshers. As I had previous experience, my interview process was comparatively easier.
- What motivates you to join this company?
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
- The interviewer suggested you might leave within four months. Would you like to respond to that?
Senior Manager
The process was simple
- Can you explain the PM processes?
