Human Resources Generalist
The whole selection process takes over a month to finish. After being shortlisted, there's no communication. The team even suggests looking for other jobs and says you can join them later when they have more clarity on your profile. This hiring team's behavior is very unprofessional and immature. They don't clarify their intentions and keep promising offer deadlines that never arrive.
- If we needed to open a store next week, how would you handle the hiring for it?
HR Generalist
face to face interview with a group discussion in a round table, and a personal interview. Normal average level questions were asked, theory based and about laws. All about the interview process. Thank you, nice company, good one.
- Questions about laws and HR theory.
HR Generalist
The interview process was quite efficient and didn't take up much time. A lot of the interactions happened over the phone. It started with some basic questions, and then the next stage involved situational-based scenarios.
- What would you do in a situation where two employees are in a dispute over an issue, and both have valid points?
