It was a quick and direct interview process. They wanted to see if you were a bit of a 'snake' and if you had what it takes to sell, specifically if you could persuade companies to purchase their product.

I interviewed with HR and it was a really positive experience, the person was very nice. Then I had an interview with the Sales Manager, who was surprisingly rude and uninterested, but they did focus on my sales experience. It was a group interview. Honestly, they didn't ask any tough questions. They mainly asked about my previous roles and what my job aspirations are. A lot of the time during the interview, they'll brag about their company and its ethics. They also mentioned they don't believe in a fixed salary structure, claiming you'll earn a lot through incentives. But, after joining, it turns out all of that was bogus.
