The whole thing went by super fast, like from when I applied to finding out the result, it was about a month. They schedule stuff really quickly after each step so you don't have to wait ages to hear back. First thing after applying online is this quick 10 min phone chat where they ask basic stuff and tell you more about the job. A few days later, I had a Teams call with the same person, and they asked more about me (good and bad points) and what I knew about the company. You find out within a week if you're moving on to the next part, which is an in-person interview at the office with 2 or 3 managers. It was supposed to be an hour but ran over into an hour and a half, and it was really chill, the managers were super nice and friendly. I found out the result a week after that over the phone with the first person I talked to. Overall, it was a good experience, they were really helpful and clear. If you had questions, you could just email them and they'd reply fast.

I applied online and heard back about 2-3 weeks later for a 30-minute screening call. They asked why I wanted to work there, my strengths, and what I knew about the company. About a week after that, I found out if I moved on to the final stage, which was an hour-long in-person interview with two managers. This interview focused more on my past experiences, both from university and previous jobs, and asked more about my personality to see if I'd fit the team. It was a good experience, the interviewers were friendly and engaging, and they were helpful with any questions I had, replying quickly to emails.

Behavioral Other

It was a really odd experience. I met with 6 different people across the organisation. None of them had any marketing experience but they were all close collaborators for the role. No questions aligned to the actual skills needed for the role. Communication from the recruiter was poor, interviews were scheduled at very short notice, sometimes asking if I could come in the next day for a face to face. Made it all the way through to the final stage, only to be sent a generic 2 line response with no feedback. Overall a poor experience but the company is going through a period of change and transformation which will unlock opportunities.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process had 5 stages, lasting about 2 months. I first spoke with HR, then the Hiring Manager, followed by Upper Management, and then the VP of Sales. After that, I met with the Hiring Manager and HR again. They're looking for people who are really optimistic and can take initiative, especially those who can collaborate well with engineers. The company focuses on building relationships in the distribution sector, and it's a great place to get into the semiconductor industry.
