The interview process was pretty smooth overall. However, one question they asked was a total turn-off for me. They asked me to list the 10 pillars of project management, and honestly, that felt like a red flag. Being able to just recite memorized stuff doesn't really show real experience, you know? At that point, I figured this probably wasn't the right fit for me.

First, there was a video screen where I had to record answers to five questions, some of which were technical. Then, I had a call with a recruiter where we went over more technically-geared questions. Next, I interviewed with the hiring manager(s) who asked technical and scenario-based questions. Finally, I had interviews with the VP and/or Director level, which were very technical. Throughout all the interviews, there wasn't much time for casual conversation, it was really a technical evaluation of my skills in every round. In my experience, not much opportunity for mutual rapport building.
