The interview process was somewhat challenging but acceptable, as it's part of the journey. I also had the chance to showcase my skills and knowledge. The interviewer was a pleasant and great person who offered me a lot of advice.
- Could you tell me about your previous employment?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was good, they were very approachable and I didn't feel any tension. The questions weren't too hard and the process was right. We talked about personal things and my future plans for the job.
- What are your strategies for handling customers?
Customer Service Representative
First, they send a skills test to check your writing and English speed. After that, they call you for a group panel interview where they hired pretty much everyone, maybe because of high turnover. Once you're hired and pass the background check, the company pays for training so you can start working.
- How would your previous skills and experience be beneficial for this role?
- Can you envision a long-term career for yourself with Fusion BPO services?
