The HR kicks things off with a quick chat to get to know you and then sets up an interview with the HR director and a manager. After that, there's a second interview with the senior project manager and project manager for the team you'd join. Then, there's a cultural interview with some of the staff you'd be working with. The whole process was pretty relaxed and straightforward, and they sent email reminders. They also asked straightforward but insightful questions to understand your career goals at Fuscoe.

They had two interviews in total. One was a culture interview, and the other was a bit more technical and involved other engineers. I actually interviewed with them two years ago, and both times the interview processes were very professional.

It was a pretty simple process, starting with phone interviews to get to know me. After that, I had to meet with a project manager and an HR person to talk more about what I'd want to do and what I was really looking to get out of a career there. Then it went to background check and offer stage.
