First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Furukawa Electric Group.
Engineering Intern
It was quite interesting, the recruiter was super attentive! We talked a lot, unfortunately I couldn't accept the internship because of the schedule, but the recruiter asked me to apply again. The interview was very dynamic and somewhat "informal", I felt comfortable talking about myself and my college plans.
- Why would you like to intern at the company?
- What do you do day-to-day?
Engineering Intern
There were two stages. First, an HR interview to select candidates based on their profile. After being approved by the HR team, I was moved on to the managers of the area. They asked me about my skills, experiences, and foreign language knowledge.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your profile?
- What are your views on future prospects?
- What foreign language proficiencies do you possess?
Engineering Intern
The whole process was very relaxed, but unfortunately, the managers want you to have specific information to hire you. The interview was nice, I felt comfortable.
- What were your grades and GPA, and did you have an interest in telecommunications?
