They ask some pretty personal questions, some of which I'm not sure are even legal. Also, if you're looking to start right away, this might not be the place. You have to interview with three different people: first the assistant manager, then a week later the manager, and finally the regional manager three weeks after that.

It's a lengthy process, about 2-3 interviews that takes about two weeks. You might speak with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and possibly the Regional Manager. Some people have mentioned illegal questions being asked in reviews, but so far, both managers I've spoken with have been really nice and upfront. I noticed they skip questions that don't apply, unlike what some others unfortunately experienced. The pay is good for a first job and the wait is worth it. Otherwise, you might want to apply to multiple places at once to maximize your chances, since this isn't a sure thing.

I had a first interview with an assistant store manager who went over the job duties and asked some questions. Then, I was called back for a second interview with the regional manager. This interview was more intense, focusing on personal details like family and hobbies. They have strict policies on drugs and alcohol and require detailed information about any drug/alcohol use, criminal history, traffic violations, and credit score. I was also given a tour of the store and shown examples of what the job involves.
