Three interviews happened, first one was with HR, the second one was with the Moscow office director, and the third one was with Italian marketing executives. It felt less like a deep dive into my background, more like conversations about the industry, potential directions, and the vision for future steps in the Russian market.

Behavioral Presentation

Overall I had three interviews. The first was a very thorough interview with the staffing agency, they checked me in detail and the conversation lasted 1 hour. Next interview was over Skype, where I talked with HR from Furla at the Italian headquarters. I spoke with a very nice gentleman. The last interview took place directly in the store. After only 5 or 10 minutes, the manager already told me that she wanted to hire me. It only took 2 more days until I received the official offer from Furla via email. The process was quite quick.

Behavioral Technical

I submitted my CV, then got a call from the HR specialist. We chatted briefly about the role and my resume, and then he asked if I was up for an exploratory interview in a few days. The HR interview itself was about 20 minutes. We went over my resume, and he went into a lot of detail about the job. He also asked some more technical questions about the company. It was okay, not super friendly, just standard. I thought he could have been a bit warmer and less formal, especially since he was around my age. But yeah, it was fine.

Applied online and got shortlisted after 2 days. Confirmed group interview date. The group interview started with introductions from the State Operations Manager and a Store Manager. Then all 10 candidates introduced themselves. We did a quick quiz about Furla. Then, we had Activity 1 where we had to name three people we'd bring to a party and explain why. Next was Activity 2, where we split into small groups of 2-3, got a scenario about being stranded on an island with 15 items, and had to list them from most to least important to test communication and teamwork. After that, in the same small groups, we did Activity 3, a role play with Furla's bags/accessories to see how we'd interact with customers. Finally, there were questions to ask. My advice is to research Furla beforehand, know about bag materials, prices, and cleaning instructions for the role play, ask questions at the end, and just be yourself – confident and happy.
