It started with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager chat about the role and my background. Then I talked to a team member about my background and the take-home project. The take-home project had clear goals and was a lot of work (8-10 hours). Nobody was rude, but no strong cultural signals either. I worked on the project alone and then presented my code and findings. They said they'd follow up, but it's been 10 days with no word, so I wouldn't recommend applying here.

I went through about 5 or 6 interviews. Some were technical and some were more personal. I think I had 3 technical interviews, 2 personal ones, and 1 HR interview. I actually stopped the process midway and then picked it back up again after two months.

Applied through a friend. First interview was with the team leader. They seemed to be expecting someone more experienced. Anyway, the interview was friendly and included some in-depth questions about models and algorithms I've used before. Then, the second interview was with the department head and HR. It was a good experience overall with some tough questions. About a week later, I was told they were looking for someone more senior.
