The selection process was very long. First, you take a test (it was online in my case). After passing the test, you send documents to prove your experience in the area. Finally, you go to the interview, which was TERRIBLE! Nothing made sense! I arrived early for the interview and waited on a porch with no access to a bathroom or water. (Note: the nearest bus stop is about a 12-minute walk, uphill and downhill). The interview itself started by asking what we knew about FUNDAÇÃO ABC (History, how we know them...). Then, we had to fill out a form with our name, who lives with us, our experience, a situation with computer use, and how we see ourselves in the future. So far, so good... The WORST part was the activity where you had to describe a sock to two candidates who would draw it with their eyes closed, without using obvious words. It was obvious we couldn't do it. (Note: everything was timed, from the experience form presentation for 10 minutes to the activity for 5 minutes). This is a real lack of ethics towards the interviewee; we are nervous, apprehensive, anxious, and definitely in great need of that job. It was clear that only those they wanted would get in; they probably just finished the public notice. The interview was conducted with 5 people and lasted less than an hour. I felt bad, and honestly, all the participants did. Lack of ethics, professionalism, character. The interview made no sense at all! Today the results came out, and I didn't pass, of course! Kkkkkk I don't recommend it.

Processo bem tranquilo e direto: primeiro, olharam meu currículo e conversaram comigo no RH pra ver se eu me encaixava. Depois, teve uma dinâmica pra ver se eu combinava com a cultura da empresa. Aí, fui falar direto com os gerentes da vaga. Por último, fiz os exames admissionais.

Processo seletivo muito desonesto pois entra quem eles querem. Não sei pra que fazem provas. Fiz a prova e passei, entreguei a documentação e passei. Até ai tudo bem, quando foi para fazer a entrevista eles chamaram os que tiraram a maior nota na prova primeiro.
