the hiring process consisted of three stages: The first one was with one recruiter of the company (in fact is the only person with whom you will interact through the process). In this interview you will talk about your career, your expectations, the company, benefits and your expected salary. If everything is ok you will pass to the second stage which consisted of one video interview where you will be asked the typical technical interview questions and also they will give you a take-home coding challenge. And in a couple of days you will receive the feedback. In my case they gave me an offer that, to be honest, was under my current salary.
- Can you tell me about the basics of Javascript?
- Can you tell me about the basics of React?
- Can you tell me about the basics of Node?

So I had this interview, first it was a call with someone, then I had to do a code challenge, and then there was a technical interview on a platform. They're super quick with email replies.
- Questions focused on React since I applied for a React role.

The interview process usually starts with an initial screening, which is likely a call with an HR person to check your background and if you're interested. Then, you might have to do some online skills assessments to see how good you are at logical thinking, problem-solving, and your technical skills for the job. If the job needs a lot of coding, you could get a coding challenge to finish in about an hour. This helps them see how you code and solve problems.
- Can you describe a project that is relevant to this role?
- What makes you an indispensable professional?
