I got reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn who sent me a Calendly link to book an intro call. After the call, I got an email with instructions for the next steps: an Asyncronous Interview, a Technical Challenge (a take-home that takes about 1.5 hours, but I took 2, and it needs to be recorded and uploaded to drive), a Technology Skills Survey, and a Criteria Assessment. I completed the Technical Challenge and the Async Interview (which is a timed, recorded platform test with technical questions). I also did the survey and assessment, which were quick. The recruiter gave me feedback on the take-home, saying it was the hardest part and I scored excellently. The whole process took 1-2 weeks, and then the recruiter ghosted me. I sent 3 messages with no response. The process was clear, but it failed completely, and there's no one else to contact.

It consists on three stages: 1 - interview with HR team to know about the experiences and salary expectations 2 - Asynchronous Interview: which is answering some questions with video using time limit. 3 - Coding Challenging: It is a challenge that you need to complete some features and unit tests while recording the process. The awful thing in this process is that I and the HR agreed to do those tasks in one week. But I received an email saying that I wouldn't continue the process without letting finished the coding challenge. It was total miscommunication from a part of HR team.

The initial stages (first interview, coding challenge, technical interview) were super fast; I got an offer within a week. After accepting, they started pitching my profile to their clients. Once a client wants me, they send the contract to sign and start working. Until then, it's just waiting. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything about whether a client is interested or anything. Starting to lose hope.

- Java coding challenge: clone a provided repository, record yourself throughout the process. It's a straightforward Java app with Spring Boot, expect Flyway initialization and plenty of unit tests. Basic CRUD for an entity. Be sharp with Java unit tests and Spring Boot test setup, as this is the main focus of the challenge.
