I submitted my resume at a career fair and heard back via email about a month later. I ended up doing two phone interviews that covered pretty similar ground. The first one involved discussing my skills with statistical software, explaining some technical terms, and working through a case study. The second interview was with a senior analyst.

Technical Behavioral Case

The entire interview process spanned four weeks. Initially, there were two phone interview rounds with current analysts. These focused equally on technical and motivational questions, and included business case scenarios. The final stage was an onsite interview lasting approximately 3.5 hours, where I met with eight employees, ranging from analysts to the VP and CEO. The atmosphere was quite positive, and everyone I met was very approachable.

The interview was pretty technical, with lots of technical questions from the analytical team about analytical skills, past experience, and professional knowledge. They also tested coding ability.
