It was an on-campus interview. They initially selected candidates based on general ML, but the interview itself was more about LLMs and related stuff. There were like 3+ interviewers, and it was pretty short. They started by asking me to talk about myself and my projects. I thought it was just an icebreaker and that the technical interview would come after; however, it turned out to be the main part of the discussion. When asked about my experience with LLMs, I said I hadn't worked on many LLM projects yet. After that, the interviewers just asked each other if they had any more questions and that was it.

The interviewers were extremely rude. They didn't probe into skills mentioned in the job description if you knew them, but instead asked irrelevant questions. To make matters worse, they laughed at you if you couldn't answer these irrelevant questions. I felt like these interviewers were some of the least talented in their field.
