Technical Behavioral Case

The interview process was really smooth and efficient. I was kept updated and got feedback after every round. There were 3 rounds in total. The first was technical, the second focused on management and scenarios, and the third was with one of the company's customers.

Behavioral Technical

I sent my resume to someone I know who referred me to their HR team for an initial interview. The HR person emailed me to set up a time and called me as scheduled. The phone interview went well, and I was told my salary expectations were within their range. I was then told to expect an in-person interview the following week. However, I didn't hear back, so I called and left a message but got no response. I then emailed to follow up, and they responded that the hiring team had chosen a different candidate. That's fine, but I expected an update from HR when the decision was made so I wouldn't be left wondering what happened.

Behavioral Other

I only got as far as the online (recorded) interview. Unlike some I have done, they actually show you a video of the person asking the question you have to answer as well as it written in text, which made it more personal than the usual recorded interviews I had to do. I believe there were 5 or 6 questions. With 30 seconds preperation time before 60 seconds to answer the questions. Unless you have work experience, I would say some of the question were hard to answer, as I had to manipulate my academic experience to fit, which I felt I had to force at times. This meant for me personally, it made the interview quite difficult. However, the whole process was very positive even though I was unsuccessful. One thing to note is that the video interview asked nothing about why you want to work for the company and having done a lot of reserach into them, this was quite frustrating.
