The interview process was very quick and efficient. I had a first interview with the Hiring Manager. Then, a second interview with the leadership team was scheduled quickly. They were both friendly and professional, and they were committed to making me feel at ease. They tried to get to know me, my background and experience, while promoting the organisation. The process also included a presentation and a background check before the offer.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied and did some tests, then a video interview which I passed. I was told I'd made it to the assessment centre and would hear back in the new year. I was excited and waiting, so I emailed to ask when I'd hear about the plans and was told the role had been filled, but they never told me I wasn't selected for the next stage. I think that's poor practice because I thought I'd reached the final stage. Not ideal.
