The Fujitsu interview process was really professional. It had clear stages, starting with a screening and then moving to technical and HR rounds. The HR team communicated well and gave lots of info at each step, which made things less stressful and more transparent. The technical interviews were tough but fair, letting me show off my problem-solving and tech skills. A heads-up for future candidates: they talked about a 3-year bond during the process, so keep that in mind for your long-term plans. All in all, I'd recommend Fujitsu's interview process because it's organized, the HR is friendly, and you get a good feel for the company culture and what they expect.

The HR kept calling for four days saying she sent an email about the interview process, but I never received any. Then, out of the blue, someone would call to conduct an interview at random times. I even had to decline one interview because I received the call while at the office. Later, they called me to their Hyderabad office for a telephonic interview conducted by someone in Noida for a Noida-based position. I was taken to a meeting room, and my bag was held at reception. After 15-20 minutes, I got a call and was asked questions about exchanging on-premise. The interview letter mentioned to prepare SQL queries thoroughly.

I applied for a ServiceNow developer role. The process involved an interactive session where I was given case studies to implement. Later, I had to explain these case studies in an interview session. I was also presented with some scenarios during the interview that required implementation. It was an interactive session covering both development and design aspects.
