Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fujitsu.
Business Analyst
The interview process was smooth and the interviewer was calm and patient. They asked questions about SEPA, SWIFT, payment systems, SQL, roles and responsibilities, CSM, Target2, BACS, CHAPS, ISO20022, and ISO15022. They also asked about my typical work tactic for a project and what makes me the right fit for the business analyst position with their company.
- Can you describe your roles and responsibilities?
Systems Analyst
The process included a test and an interview! The test was done remotely, I had a two-day period to complete and submit it, but the interview was in person. Everyone involved throughout the process was very friendly.
- Do you have previous experience in the area of the job?
- How much experience do you have?
Salesforce Business Analyst
The interview had 3 rounds: a technical round, a managerial round, and a Director/VP round. The technical and managerial rounds were fine, with straightforward questions about technology and functional aspects. The Director/VP round was a bad experience. The VP/Director seemed arrogant, dismissive, rude, and not very interested. It didn't feel like a leader I'd want to work with. But the absolute WORST was the HR person. They were unprofessional, asked way too many personal questions (about family/children), and then haggled over the salary. It wasn't really a negotiation; they used my personal information in the salary talk, implying that households with two incomes are privileged and I should be grateful to get the job.
- Technical questions related to Salesforce Administration and declarative configurations
- Questions covering Service Cloud functionalities
- Questions on omni-channel capabilities
