Behavioral Technical Presentation

First there was a simple phone interview asking about my background. Then I was invited to the office for a personal interview. Two people interviewed me, asking questions about professional skills. Some questions were quite difficult, but no test tasks were given. The people were friendly. Finally, the manager gave a short presentation about the department and asked about my preferences. It seemed like they had multiple positions open and he wanted to know where I'd fit best. I got the job offer about 3 days later, after passing the screen (drug) test, and then started working.

I had a phone call with an HR person from Sonosite who is based in Seattle. Then, a week after that, I had an online technical screen. Finally, I had a one-day technical interview on site at the Raleigh, NC office. The interviewers were friendly and respectful, and the HR people were helpful if you had any questions. It was a good experience overall.
