It was a very long interview process, with 9 interviews in total, some lasting 60 to 90 minutes. I even spoke with the hiring manager more than once. In the end, I just got a generic rejection email. When I tried to reach out to the hiring manager for feedback, I was ghosted.

The first conversation was online with the Talent Acquisition Manager (UK). Shortly after, there was a call with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to schedule our first in-person meeting. Due to summer holidays, the next meeting was with the Head of Sales and the BDM. The interviews took place in person at the HQ, which I found very pleasant. Both interviewers were very well-prepared and showed great interest in my professional history, which I really appreciated. It was a very respectful exchange. Additionally, there was another meeting with the Business Unit Women's Health to get to know Fujifilm better and gain further insights, like reference centers etc.

First there was a simple phone interview asking about my background. Then I was invited to the office for a personal interview. Two people interviewed me, asking questions about professional skills. Some questions were quite difficult, but no test tasks were given. The people were friendly. Finally, the manager gave a short presentation about the department and asked about my preferences. It seemed like they had multiple positions open and he wanted to know where I'd fit best. I got the job offer about 3 days later, after passing the screen (drug) test, and then started working.

A brief meeting with the current HR Director was held. It was very interesting to meet the Japanese General Manager, who spoke perfect French and had in-depth knowledge of France. It was culturally insightful to meet with the Executive Committee (Group General Manager, CFO, HR Director). However, it's a shame there were no interviews with the other General Managers (3 subsidiaries) with whom I would have worked, as it would have been helpful to understand their expectations and the strategic directions at their level.
