The interview process was great, very easy to understand the instructions and well organized. They responded quickly and were very informative, giving me a self-check on my knowledge. Some parts were quite technical, but the interviewer helped me with the questions.

Technical Behavioral

It was a technical and competency-based interview, and the whole thing felt friendly and informal. There were two interviewers, but one mainly took notes. I got to ask questions. They interviewed me for entry-level and higher degrees of seniority at the same time; they asked me harder questions after I answered easier ones correctly.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

After applying through an agency and filling out a long form, I got a call back in about two weeks for a phone interview that was quite long, covering technical bioprocess and competency/behavioural questions. A few weeks later, I had a formal interview on-site, which included a site tour with a scientist and a panel interview with the head of department and two senior scientists. This involved more technical and competency questions.
