So I did a background check first. Then I had to do a pre-recorded video interview. After that, a recruiter called me to set up an interview. The hiring process is pretty straightforward! You just need to be patient since there are many applicants for multiple positions. HR reviews every single application. So, just hang in there! First, you'll have an interview over the phone or online. Then, there's a panel interview with three or more staff members. If they want to move forward after that, you'll have a background check.
- Describe a challenging situation you encountered at work and the steps you took to fix it.
- What would you do if you found yourself in a specific situation?
