Assistant Store Manager
It was great! They interviewed me and were very cool, we talked a lot about the job and other things, they were very nice and professional, I will strongly consider the job offer.
- Do you like money and stuff?
Store Manager
The interview process was very professional and personal. We sat at a Starbucks for 3 hours and discussed many things. Nowadays, when new hires interview, they face at least a three-person panel. The whole process was really fast, taking less than 7 days from receiving my resume to the offer. Back then, the company was growing aggressively and had lots of openings.
- Can you tell me the reason for your departure from your current employer?
- What distinguishes you from other applicants in terms of what you can contribute to our company?
Store Manager
It was standard. It consisted of two people. At the end, I was asked about salary. I was pretty shocked, so we parted ways gracefully. Great opportunity though for a recent college graduate who needs to gain management experience. However, everyone needs to go through it apparently if you want a store.
- Mostly questions about customer service and how you work with others.
- Can you share an example of a time you handled a customer service situation?
- Tell me about your experience working with colleagues.
