Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frost Bank.
Administrative Assistant
I had a bunch of interviews with different people, which felt like too many. They make you feel like you're getting an offer, but then two weeks later, they decide not to hire you.
- Can you discuss your background and how it relates to this role?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was professional and the interviewers were kind. However, it felt like HR already had a candidate in mind and the process was just busy work. Given that it's 2025, this could have easily been a phone or video call.
- Can you tell me about your core values?
Administrative Assistant
It took about three weeks from when the posting for the postion was taken down and when I was called for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy enough. Very basic questions. Then I went to meet with an HR manager for the first interview. This interview was the same format as the phone interview. The questions were basic. The third interview really focused on the skills needed for the job (phone, computer, good multi-tasker, etc.) and to gauge personality.
- What are three things you would change about your previous job?
