Customer Service Representative
I was contacted by HR and given a number to call back. I tried to reach out multiple times without success, and eventually received a generic rejection email. I'm pretty unhappy with how disorganized and unprofessional the HR team at Frost was.
- Can you share an example of a time you demonstrated exceptional customer service?
- Describe a situation where you went the extra mile to satisfy a customer.
- What methods do you use to handle challenging customer service scenarios?
Customer Service Representative
It was in 3 parts. A phone call screening with hr just confirming everything on your resume. And then a more formal interview online with hr asking basic questions. The final interview was in 2 parts. A meet and greet with other candidates and then the solo interview with 2 hiring managers. All online. Everyone was super nice which made it less intimidating. Just make sure to practice your answers.
- What do you know about Frost and why are you interested in working here?
- Why do you think you are the best candidate for this role?
- Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Customer Service Specialist
I applied online and got a call about 4 business days later to set up an in person interview. During that call, they mentioned the pay was a bit lower than I asked for, but I said that was okay. The first interview was with HR, who reviewed my resume, confirmed details, and asked easy questions. They also shared info about the company and the job. They said I'd be contacted for a second interview if I qualified. About a week later, I got a call for the second interview with the hiring manager. This one was more in-depth, focusing on my work ethic and personality. The hiring manager liked me and offered me the job. Another HR person gave me instructions for a drug test and said they'd contact me after the test and background check. About a week and a half later, I was told I passed everything and my start date was another week and a half away. Salary wasn't really negotiated since they told me the pay upfront and that it was a little less than I wanted, which I agreed to.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how you handled it.
- How often were you late or absent from work at your last job?
- What would you consider your dream job to be?
