It started with a phone interview, then an in-person meeting with the talent coordinator. If that went well, I had interviews with the sales managers. They were pretty chill. Make sure to tell them you're driven by making money, that you're confident in closing deals, and that you're open to a consultative sales approach.

First, I had a 20-minute chat with a recruiter who was super nice and gave me a good rundown of the company and how the hiring works. Then, the next week, I went in person and met with three different managers, spending about 20 minutes with each. Everyone I met was really friendly and easy to talk to.

Behavioral Technical

Started with phone interviews, then moved to an in-person interview. Honestly, this company seems shady, and I'd advise staying away. The sales managers are all about closing the deal and nothing else. They have a really high turnover rate and don't seem to care much about their employees. When I brought up my concerns about these issues, the manager got annoyed that I was asking actual questions. He was rude and brief. This is definitely not a place to work if you're looking to grow your career. Seriously, avoid it; there's a good reason why so many people leave. I just wish they had been clearer upfront during the phone screen instead of wasting my time.
