FrontPoint has a great reputation for taking care of their people--my interactions with their recruiters, hiring team, and management were overwhelmingly positive. I was up front with my prior experience even though it wasn't a cut-and-dried customer service background, and they were willing to consider the range of examples I gave them. They really do seem to value sincerity in the hiring process and will respect you for offering it. I landed the interview due to being referred by an employee, and received a call in the evening asking for a phone interview right then if I happened to be available. Just be prepared to get a call quickly and be ready to phone interview on the spot after you submit your application. The recruiter was flexible with me when I mentioned that certain times were better for me coming in for the next steps in the process, but they generally want to set up tests and interviews on certain days. After the phone interview you're asked to come in to complete a basic logic test that takes about half an hour to ensure you have problem-solving and some math skills. If you perform well on that step, they'll schedule another time for you to come in to interview one-on-one with a few managers (3 in my case), separately, who will ask you different questions about your ability to do things like: learn new skills quickly, work as part of a team, handle difficult customers and situations, and mention accomplishments that showcase efficiency and excellent soft skills in previous jobs, etc. Be prepared with slightly different sets of questions for the managers, and they'll appreciate questions about what they're overseeing that would affect you. After that, I heard back from FrontPoint in about a week with their decision, and if they decide to extend you an offer and you need to think it over, feel free to ask their timeline. My recruiter in particular was very understanding about playing phone tag since I was out of town and didn't have access to my phone the entire time. Everyone I interacted with at FrontPoint was professional and open when I had any questions about the process. I would suggest considering a position with this company if you're interested in contributing to the kind of positive employee culture they seem to cultivate.

I had a first interview with the recruiter which I thought went well, but didn't hear back for a week so I gave up and continued to apply for other jobs. I was shocked to get a call a week later. After that the process moved fairly quickly. Second interview was a Wednesday and I got the offer the following Friday over the phone. Had a week not passed between 1st and 2nd rounds, I may not have applied to other companies until I heard back. Overall, great experience, friendly team, sweet culture. Unfortunately I had to decline offer for a better opportunity.
- Tell me about a time when you faced a challenging situation.
- Imagine a customer calls reporting that your product isn't working. How would you respond to them, keeping in mind they're looking for a specific kind of answer and you shouldn't oversimplify to the point of making them feel unintelligent?

Had an OTP with a recruiter, pretty quick, she asked resume-matching questions. Then she asked for an in-person interview. I'm hesitant because of reviews suggesting quick replacement if performance isn't up to par, though my own performance is fine. I'm worried about an inadequate supervisor potentially blaming me.
