Technical Support Account Manager
So, I had a great interview experience this time around, which was a relief after some rough times with other edtech places. The recruiter was really good, super clear and kept me in the loop. There were 4 interviews in total, and they got back to me within a few days for each. The whole thing took about a month, but it was over the holidays so there was some waiting time involved.

Operations Director
The recruiter was great at communicating from the beginning. The first interview with the hiring manager (VP level) was quick. We had a lot of questions and back and forth. There was a brief interruption from the interviewer's side, but it was okay. There was a lot of communication during that interview, and then silence. The communication went from great about the process and progress to nothing. I reached out to check in and say I was still interested, but I never got a response. Finally, I received the rejection email, and it wasn't even filled out correctly. It still had the form fields like "Thank you for taking the time to interview for the [Job Title] position at [company Name]." and "Thank you again for your interest in [Company Name]." I was more disappointed because I had so much communication at the start and then it just stopped, and it seemed like the recruiter wasn't allowed to reach out anymore, like they were restricted from giving me any more information.
- Can you describe a time when data significantly influenced a customer-related decision, balancing its importance with the customer's experience?
Director of Client Retention and Renewals Operations
I had a great time interviewing with Frontline Education and wanted to share my experience. The recruiting team was super professional and really seemed to care about candidates from the start. They kept me updated throughout the process, which was really nice and showed that Frontline cares about how candidates feel. I also had positive talks with some of the senior leaders in Customer Success. The whole team is very customer-focused and wasn't afraid to ask challenging questions. They clearly know their stuff and are dedicated to creating a good work environment. It felt like they really value teamwork and helping people grow, which says a lot about the company culture. All in all, I'm impressed with how Frontline handles their interviews to make it a smooth and positive experience. I'd definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a place that supports its employees and genuinely cares about them. Thanks, Frontline Education, for a really inspiring interview!

Product Manager
I was cold-contacted by an in-house recruiter on LinkedIn for this role. We had a screening call. The recruiter mentioned the process was just beginning and that they would review my resume with the hiring manager. It's now been two months since that initial contact in November, and I haven't heard back at all. It felt like a really old-fashioned company and hiring process, so I don't think I'm missing out on anything significant. However, I am frustrated by the recruiter's poor communication. I usually respond to recruiter inquiries to help my network and stay updated on opportunities, as well as to consider my own options. Companies that handle recruitment this way, especially in the current job market, demonstrate a clear lack of respect for potential talent and should be avoided from the start.
