Backend Developer
So, the pros: people were really impressive, smart, and into it. The technical interview was solid, and the interviewers were pros. The recruiter was great, always keeping me in the loop. The product and dev platform are cool, and the company has legit clients. The cons: it was four stages over weeks — recruiter chat, hiring manager, then a live technical interview with a Principal Architect and Senior Engineer, and finally a chat with a VP of Tech. Every step, I got good feedback. The hiring manager was "impressed and keen to proceed." Technical stage was good. The VP even went over the scheduled time. Then, bam, rejection after the last stage with this weak "collaborative fit concerns" excuse. This was the first time it came up after a month of interviews with four senior people. No specifics, nothing concrete. This kind of feedback at the very end, after all the positive vibes, is super hard to deal with and leaves you feeling like you were misled. If you're putting a month into this, be ready to walk away with just vague feedback. If there are issues with a candidate, they should be brought up during the process, not dropped as a surprise after weeks of effort from both sides. The feedback given – ‘collaborative fit concerns’ – was completely baseless. No specific examples, no rubric, and it never came up in the previous three stages with multiple senior people. Candidates deserve actual, evidence-based feedback, not vague labels that are impossible to use and don't prove anything.

Sales Development Team Lead
The interview process was really thoughtful and well-planned. I liked how organic it felt, with each step building on the last. By the end, I had a good feel for how the team operates and the personalities of the people I'd be working with. It's great to see multiple layers of compassionate, skilled leadership who are genuinely interested in getting to know you. There were 5 steps: a recruiter screening call, an interview with the Sales Director, an interview with a Sales Manager counterpart, an interview with the VP of Sales, and finally, an interview with the CRO.

Product Design Director
I applied and was surprised by how the process went. Even though I submitted a full application (CV, references, testimonials, and portfolio), I got a quick, generic rejection without any detail on whether my materials were really looked at. When I asked politely to understand the reasons, neither the recruiter nor the hiring manager replied, though the job was still posted. This made it seem like the assessment was fast and shallow, and maybe there were unstated screening rules. For a company that talks a lot about 'People & Culture,' the lack of openness, communication, and basic professional courtesy was a letdown. It felt completely out of sync with the company's stated values and makes you wonder about how consistent and fair the hiring is for senior roles.

Producer
I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin for an initial chat. Afterward, I interviewed with the hiring manager and then with several other people I'd be working with. The recruiter was super helpful, telling me exactly who I'd meet at each step, what we'd discuss, and providing their job titles and LinkedIn profiles for research. Even though my process took a bit longer than expected, the recruiter kept me updated weekly, so I never felt forgotten. Seriously, this was the best recruiter experience I've had; no one ignored me or left me guessing. They communicated really clearly and kept things friendly, making it feel like they were genuinely rooting for me to get the job.
