Account Executive
It was a three part interview. First, a phone interview to get to know you and set up an in-person. They seemed really eager to get me in right away, maybe a bit too much. Then, a second in-person interview with other Account Executives who are in leadership roles. It felt pretty relaxed compared to other interviews I've had. Lastly, if they liked me, I met with the owner/hiring manager who asked a couple questions. They told me they'd let me know that same evening if I got the job.
- Can you tell me about your three biggest strengths?
Account Executive
They called me for a phone interview first, which was easy, and the interviewer was very nice. Then, she set up an interview with the branch manager, which lasted about 20 minutes. After that, they called me for a second interview. I met with one of the managers who explained everything to me from start to finish in 30 minutes. Following that, they informed me about a third interview with the branch manager again, just to confirm everything was okay and to answer any questions I might have. They called me the same day to offer me the position.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and your educational background?
Account Executive
So first a recruiter gave me a call. I got to the office and the waiting room was totally packed with other people waiting for their turn. Then, a manager interviewed me for like 15 minutes. It was pretty chill, mostly just chatting to see if my personality fit the role. They called me for a second interview, but I told them no thanks because after I found out it was actually a sales job, I wasn't interested anymore.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to be a leader in a job?
