I went through two phone calls for this Marketing role. The first one was a quick chat about me, and the second one was a long discussion about the company's structure. Some reviews say they're not truthful, but you just gotta ask the right questions. The job post and website seemed unclear, but it's really a door-to-door sales gig. The interviewer seemed really into his job and the company's growth, but it sounded like a pyramid scheme when he told me about making six figures, and I only asked about a summer internship. If you're okay with commission-based pay selling AT&T cable door-to-door, go for it, but it wasn't for me.

They called me for a phone interview first, which was easy, and the interviewer was very nice. Then, she set up an interview with the branch manager, which lasted about 20 minutes. After that, they called me for a second interview. I met with one of the managers who explained everything to me from start to finish in 30 minutes. Following that, they informed me about a third interview with the branch manager again, just to confirm everything was okay and to answer any questions I might have. They called me the same day to offer me the position.

The interview process was light and easy, and everyone I met was very friendly. They didn't ask much about my education or past work history. Come to find out, the job description doesn't really match what the job actually is. It's pretty much a door-to-door sales job. The role doesn't involve any marketing skills beyond learning how to sell products. I tried to ask some simple questions to get a better understanding of the company and what they do, but I didn't get any descriptive or even honest answers.

Had a quick first interview, lasted only 15 minutes. The next round was more in-depth. I didn't realize I was interviewing with the CEO. The first interview was in Ferndale. The music in the lobby was a bit loud. The receptionist was friendly. I'm not sure about the floor and the back door entrance? I wondered why I saw a lot of professionally dressed people walking in groups?
