It starts with an interview with the manager. You'll begin by talking about your background, why you're interested in this job, and why Frontier. Then, we'll see what you know about Revenue Management. After that, there's a one-on-one interview with the manager. Finally, there's a group interview with the other analysts. If you're serious about the job, you should check out some published papers on RM.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard. Started with a phone interview where they asked about me and why I was interested in Frontier. Then there were three more interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, who asked typical behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time when...'. After that, I had a panel interview with about 8 team members, followed by another panel interview with 4 people from a closely related team. Finally, I was given an assessment to check my understanding of revenue management principles in the airline industry.
