The interview process at Frontier Airlines was laid-back and simple. The questions were mostly about the job requirements and my previous experience. It felt pretty relaxed overall, and the vibe was friendly, making it easy to talk to the interviewers.

I had an interview with four different people. Most of them were quite nice, though one individual was really unpleasant. They didn't even bother to look at me. Honestly, even if they had offered me the job, I would have turned it down because working with someone who can't make eye contact during an in-person interview is just not something I'd want to do.

I applied online and heard back about a week later. First, I talked to HR who answered my company questions and asked me some personality questions and about my salary expectations. Next, I had a phone interview with random questions, like 'what are the 3 financial statements and how do they relate' and 'what kind of plane does Frontier fly'. The interview was pretty easy, but it was super hard to get in touch with them after. They said I'd hear back by the next week, but I didn't, and my follow-ups didn't get a response.

  • Can you explain the three financial statements and their interrelationships?
  • What are your salary expectations?
  • Do you know what type of aircraft Frontier Airlines operates?
