The interview process was really straightforward and easy. It was a group interview but it was mainly just the manager talking to us about the opportunity and we didn’t really speak so I wouldn’t say it was an “interview”.

We started with a phone interview, and a few days later, I went in for an in-person interview. It was a group thing where we took turns reading boarding announcements out loud. After that, there was a test, and if you passed it, you moved on to a one-on-one interview. I felt the whole process was pretty thorough.

I applied online and they quickly emailed me back to request an invitation to a hiring event/group interview. Because spots were limited, I had to send my request fast. I included a cover letter with my request and got a confirmation email. The event started at 9, but we were told to arrive by 8:30. I got there at 7:30, and some others were already there by 6:30. Shortly after, we were let into the lobby to fill out some forms. At 9, they gave a presentation covering salary, flight benefits, medical, dental, etc., and a quick overview of duties, mentioning the need for overtime, odd hours, holidays, and weekends. Then, we were given some tests: one involved a US map with numbers where we had to identify states and match them with cities, and another had three columns of names to pair up. At the bottom of the second sheet was an agility test. After a short break, we remained seated. Upon their return, about 20 of us were called outside and informed we didn't pass the tests. I'm not sure where I went wrong, but that's how it went. They mentioned we can't apply for the same position for the next 6 months but are welcome to reapply.
