First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frontier Airlines.
Pricing Analyst
I applied online and had to complete a 30-minute personality test. Then, a recruiter called and we set up a phone screening. I interviewed with the hiring manager the following week and was told HR would contact me about the next steps. After 10 days of silence, I reached out to my contacts and was ghosted.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell me about a significant mistake you made and how you managed it.
Pricing Analyst
I applied and took an initial assessment and heard from the recruiter 10 days later. Then I scheduled a screener call interview, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview all in the same week. They forgot to send the assessment at the end of the last interview that they told me was coming. I got the assessment a few days later when the recruiter forwarded my email to the team. I sent the worksheet back the same day I received it. I was ghosted after 3 interviews and 2 assessments. No one has replied to any of my emails asking for an update on what happened. My 3rd interview was on 9/1/22.
- What would be your approach to uploading 1000 lines of fares into a database for filing?
Analyst
I sent in my application and got contacted almost immediately. The entire thing wrapped up in about two weeks from the very first contact. Honestly, I was pretty surprised by how fast it all moved, though I get that it's not always like that for everyone.
- Can you talk about why you're interested in this industry?
- Do you have any basic behavioral questions for me?
