First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Front.
Sales Development Representative
There were 4 rounds of interviews. They asked personality questions, did a mock call of a qualification call, and I met with the manager. I also had professional questions about my experience. You also get to meet part of the team. It's helpful to look on the website and learn about the product and the company to enhance your product knowledge and make the interview easier.
- Can you describe how you maintain organization?
Sales Development Representative
So, first there was this initial phone call with the recruiter, it was about 30 minutes. They mentioned that after that, I'd get an invite for an official online interview with the hiring manager. Following that, there'd be an online demonstration, and then a final interview. The recruiter also mentioned the salary range was 45k-53k, with 70% base and 30% commission, so the max base salary is 37k.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Front?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process started off great, and I enjoyed meeting everyone. They clearly outlined the interview stages: a recruiter call, a hiring manager chat, two sales team members, and the head of global sales. As it's a sales role, a mock call was included. After the mock call and before the final interview, the hiring manager mentioned she was leaning towards an offer and asked for references. Following the final interview, they requested my references. I expected an offer after they contacted my referrals, but that didn't happen. Instead, they informed me about an additional mock call, which wasn't mentioned initially. I was fine with it, just wished I'd known beforehand. No offer came after that second mock call. I understood the feedback provided. The main issue was the hiring manager hinting at an offer too early. For future candidates, please be upfront about the entire process from the beginning.
- Can you tell me something about yourself?
