After submitting your application, you'll first be asked to write email responses to 3 fake customers with different scenarios. The next step is a 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, covering typical questions like why you want to leave your current job and your interest in Front. The third and final step involves 1:1 interviews with 6 different people. This was a ridiculously long 3-hour Zoom call. Questions were very repetitive and mainly asked what you would do or how you would respond in various hypothetical situations.

The hiring process was really good and thorough, but also super fast. They always let me know what was going on and where we were in the process. I had a few interviews and a virtual on-site to meet people from the team and other employees. Each interview made me more and more excited about the company and the job.

The interview started with a homework assignment, basically a take-home test with customer scenarios and questions. After that, I got a phone screen. Then, there were four interviews over two days. The first was a live exercise on Zoom where I had to create a Knowledge Base article. The second involved navigating their product to find answers to specific questions. The third and fourth interviews were with team members who asked standard interview questions. The interviews were recorded, and some interviewers were awkward. It felt like the rejection was a canned response.
