This hiring experience was super fast. After I applied, I got a text for a first interview. They didn't ask when I was free, just told me when to be ready. It was short, mostly about my resume and my experience and goals. Then, they set up a second interview for me. Again, they just assigned a time. In this second round, they explained the job more. It was listed as an Entry-Level Project Manager, but I found out it's actually a marketing and sales job, which felt misleading. The whole thing moved fast, but the unclear job description and how they scheduled interviews felt a bit off. If you're thinking about applying, make sure to ask what the job really involves early on.

The interview process was really different. I got a text the day after applying to do a quick five-minute screening call. It was on Zoom with two other people interviewing for the same role. It felt a bit like a competition, but they didn't give much info about the job or company. I was told I was moving on, but when I joined the next Zoom call, they ghosted me and I never heard back. I looked into it, and the company reviews are a bit worrying. The only good reviews seem to be from current employees, like they're making them boost the rating. The positive reviews all sound really similar, talking about building things, leadership, team building, and praising the CEO a lot. No reviews from clients, past or present. Just my experience, though.

The process is actually very extensive, however it's a quick process. They clearly have a full team of dedicated professionals who are attacking the process. It starts with a preliminary call, followed by a pre screening interview with a hiring manager, from there we receive a company overview that details who they are and what they do, from there a more formal interview with a hiring manager who explains everything in detail as well as test our qualifications for the role, and lastly there is an in person final round interview to view the office space in person as well as meet the hiring team.
