Case Presentation

The interview process was long but felt respectful. It included a case study assignment that I had to present to a panel. The turnaround for the assignment was only 24 hours, which was tough as a working parent.

HR first reached out for a 30 min phone call, which was fine. Then 2 weeks later, I had another phone interview with the studio head for Program Management. It got rescheduled once, then the interviewer had technical issues and didn't call in. It got rescheduled again and was cut from 60 mins to 30. The interviewer was rude, didn't let me ask questions, and ended it after 20 mins. I think it was just a formality since I made it to round 2. We agreed to pause my application for 1.5 months, but HR sent a rejection letter 2 days later anyway. The whole process was messy and unprofessional, and I'm not sure about the company culture.

Behavioral Technical

First I talked to the corporate recruiter, it was a really casual chat. They explained the role and I seemed to fit the personality and skill requirements. Then I had a Skype interview with a C-Level exec, which was pretty awkward because the connection kept dropping and they seemed really uninterested and cold. The questions weren't super hard, but they had this detached attitude and there was no real connection. Even so, I moved on to the next stage, which was a phone call with the GM of another office. I heard the position is still open and has actually been redefined, making it hard to grasp the whole process.
